Fishers High School’s Future Black Leaders (FBL). FBL is a group of dynamic students at Fishers High School who are committed to radiating excellence, promoting racial equity and empowering Black leadership. This year, our annual Black Heritage Celebration will be held in person on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 from 6:30 – 8:00 pm. This event takes the time to celebrate HBCUs, the Divine 9, local black owned small businesses and authors, community organizations, as well as the talents and gifts of the students.
