The Weather Unit contains six lessons that are rich in hands-on activities, exploration, and observations to better understand the weather and prepare for it. In this unit, Scholars have a better understanding of what weather is and how it affects our daily lives through weather patterns, changes between seasons, and different types of environments. Finally, Scholars will learn more about the contributions of people of color throughout history as well as the role of meteorologists.
